I know … there’s a voice in the back of your head.
You worry that it’s true.
This voice catches you in those moments of doubt.
And it has the perfect story to tell you.
“You’re a FRAUD!!!”
It’s a lie.
It’s a lie to keep you small.
It’s a lie to protect you from really showing up in your life.
What’s really true?
You are HUMAN.
This means:
- You are imperfect.
- You are worthy of love.
- You are worthy of belonging.
- You will make mistakes.
- You have the ability to learn.
- You will fall down.
- You have the strength to get back up. Yes YOU do!
Despite your mistakes, wrong words and poor behavior you are worthy of being loved.
STOP listening to the lie that “You’re a FRAUD.”
It’s meant to distract you from your own worthiness.
It’s meant to interfere with the love you can receive from others.
It’s meant to create disconnection in YOU.
When that voice shows up … as it often likes to visit.
Remind yourself that YOU ARE WORTHY OF LOVE + BELONGING just the way you are!
