“How freeing it is to go to bed at night and not worry about what I ate that day.
I am no longer a prisoner of food.”
~ Regina, Weight Loss Client, on How She Really Does It
I wanted to share Regina’s journey with you because it is so damn inspiring how she has changed her life. Like you and me, she is a real woman with a real life that is busy, challenging, filled with happiness and sadness. There are days of struggle and days filled with gratitude and love.
She does not want to be the “poster woman” or even tell others what to do. But she is willing to share her REAL experience. Because it is so easy to think “so and so ate this food, or did this form of exercise and that was the secret to her weight loss.” For her it was not one food, or finding the right exercise to do. In this interview, Regina goes deep on all the facets that helped her on this journey.
You may be able to relate. 26 months ago she did not believe she could create the life she wanted. Over the past 26 months, she has created the life she so craved.
I invite you to listen to her journey and maybe this can give you inspiration and insight to see what is truly possible for yourself. So often we look for the secret recipe, food, or blueprint for weight loss. We believe this “secret” will end the massive amounts of time and energy we spend on food + our bodies in our daily lives. We want to know what the magic food or exercise to incorporate into our lives so we can lose this damn weight forever! But when you listen to her journey, you will realize it was none of that – recipe, specific food/exercise program or blueprint.
In this interview with Regina, we zoom in and out on her personal journey and how she has changed her relationship with food and exercise resulting in a byproduct of over 80 pounds lost. All this and not going on a diet.
I hope this interview gives you insight and helps you or someone you know who may struggle with food, diets, exercise and is a prisoner. Maybe with this interview you can see the glimmer of possibilities for yourself.
Thank you for joining us!
