How often do you push something to the side when you can’t decide on what to do or what you want, simply because you don’t want to face having to make the decision? Indecision is something we all experience, and it can be crippling.
It’s often the small things in our lives that create some of the biggest costs. These small things, especially with everything else going on in the world, can build up over time, leading to volcanic eruptions.
I recently experienced a bout of indecision for 5 months. I rumbled with it and I kept putting it off, and it ended up wearing me out.
I invite you to consider where indecision could be showing up in your life and what the cost of this could be for you. Notice how the things you are pushing aside affect your capacity to move forward. Recognize the cost of your indecision, own it, and love yourself through it.
This week, I’m talking about the cost of indecision both with the big things and the small. I share an instance of indecision I experienced in my own life that cost me a lot of emotional and mental energy, and I’m showing you how to recognize where this is showing up for you in your life.
