Twenty-one years ago, Trudi Roth stood on my lawn + told me I needed to write a book. I didn’t write the book. I started this show instead.
Trudi + I have been friends through all of it. Raising kids. Building businesses. Supporting our spouses. Living full, complicated lives. There were seasons we were deep in our own worlds. But every time we came back together, it was as if no time had passed at all. That’s what a true friendship looks like: closeness, vulnerability, + time away.
In this episode we are back together again, + we are kicking off something I have been wanting to do for a long time. I think you are going to want to be part of this conversation about the people in your support seats.

REFLECTION QUESTION
Who are the people in your support seats?
Take a moment to think about this. Your list may be anywhere from one to five people. It’s not about how many. It’s about those who show up.
