As we go into this holiday season and wrap up 2021, many of us are thinking about how we can optimize the structures in the different areas of our lives as we enter 2022.
When it comes to creating structures, I like to think of the 3 main areas of your life: yourself, your family, and your work. And I think of them in that order.
So often, we discount or dismiss what we need, but we are the priority in our lives. It is so important that we see this so we can make the changes we need to create the life we want, in every area of our lives.
I invite you to ask yourself, what is the structure that you need for each of these areas in your life? What do the people in your life need from you, and what is the vision you want to fulfill?
In this episode, I’m sharing some examples of structures that can help you in these different areas of your life and how to implement them. You get to define what works for you, so I’m sharing why creating structures in your life will help you have the flourishing, connected relationships you want while doing meaningful work that you love.
