Shannon Coe

shannoncoe.jpg

Shannon Coe’s life thus far is inspiring and powerful. She was afflicted with polio as an infant in post-war Vietnam. As a young refugee growing up disabled and losing her father at a young age in inner-city Los Angeles she has persevered to become a human rights advocate who has traveled to 41 countries, the 32-year-old has led a life that outshines the glory from any overdue crowns. To support Shannon Coe at Ms. Wheelchair America in Maryland from July 21-27, contact her at hyshannon@gmail.com or visit her blog.
