Are you over the age of 50? Do you worry about being employable now? Have you unexpectedly lost your job despite your strong performance? Do you have a fear that you are no longer employable due to your age?
A limiting belief many have is once you are over 50 it is hard to get a job, and doubly hard due to our current economy. Michele Woodward knows the truth about that myth. Michele is an executive coach, career strategist, and author who has helped hundreds of people with employment after 50.
She also has personal experience of gaining employment after 50. In the 1980s, Michele worked in the White House for the Reagan administration and more recently she was Executive Director of the Ronald Reagan Centennial Commission, a bipartisan, year-long effort appointed by President Obama.
In this interview we discuss:
- The job market according to Michele.
