Fear. None of us like that word. And I have a hunch that you don’t like that feeling.
You might know fear well. But many of us don’t even know that we are operating from a place of fear. We tend to normalize fear and call it stress, then wear that stress as a badge of honor.
Lissa Rankin, M.D. is a mind-body medicine physician, author and speaker. Lissa has been a guest on the show before talking about our mind over medicine + our bodies. In this interview, which originally aired in 2015, we talk about fear and how to move out of fear.
“True fear is meant to protect you,” says Lissa in this episode.
Listen in to this episode to learn all about fear and how to free yourself from unnecessary fear. You’ll find out the difference between true fear and false fear, how to distinguish between intuition and paranoia, how to discover the possibilities that are out there for you, and more.
