A lot of us are good at struggling. We know how to do it, we work really hard with grit and resilience, and it is familiar to us.
One of the things that can happen to us as humans is our strengths can become our weaknesses. We know how to work hard and struggle, but we may not know how to flow.
Whether you are learning how to swim in a pool or in life, is so important to flow. When we stop trying to be more productive, cramming things in, multitasking and struggling, we create the space to breathe.
My invitation to you is to learn how to get into the flow of your life. Ask yourself: What are the skills you need to accomplish this goal? What do you need to do to stop the struggle, lean into the calm, and breathe?
In this episode, I’m sharing a metaphor from the pool to help you with flowing with life vs. struggling to survive in your own life. I’m showing you how to give yourself the space to breathe and the importance of doing so, and how to develop the skill sets necessary to get into the flow of your life.
