Over the course of our lives, we have learned to be busy, and we think that being busy is the pathway to our dreams. But space is just as important, and it’s something I’ll be exploring more in 2022.
When we don’t have space, we make rash decisions, and we settle for much less than we want. These decisions may not align with our priorities and values, so it is important to give ourselves the space we need.
What I know about space is that it’s really vulnerable, especially for those of us who are overachievers and good at packing things in. Space is valuable, but when we fill it with things, people, and noise instead of checking in with ourselves, we end up feeling overwhelmed and burned out.
As we say goodbye to 2021 and hello to 2022, my invitation for you is to carve out space for you. Instead of filling it all up, allow yourself to keep some free, lean into it, trust yourself, and feel and hear everything you have to say.
Join me this week as I share the importance of having space. I’m showing you how to give yourself space to show up in your life, why it will sometimes feel vulnerable, and why giving yourself space is not selfish and is the pathway to the life that you want.
In 2022, we’re offering ENOUGH, the group coaching program to cultivate worthiness, belonging, and connection. If that sounds like a place you want to be in 2022, you have to come join us. We’ll take all the tools and practices I talk about here on the show and apply them to your life with support and accountability. Are you ready to start living your life from a place of ENOUGH?
