Independent filmmaker, mother, business woman. Celeste Balducci is here to discuss how she really does it all. Her film Lovely Lily premiered Feb 8th. The film is the work of Celeste Balducci who studied film in college and did not touch a camera till she started “Seat of My Pants Productions” in 2001. Celeste’s passion for this film project ignited her Jackson Heights community to pitch in and help with her project.
