Celebrations look different this year. They won’t be the same as the ones discussed in this episode or that have taken place in years past. But even in this difficult year where it feels like there’s not a lot to celebrate, it is important and helpful to find ways to do so with your household, with yourself, or virtually with others!
Karen Walrond is a leadership coach, speaker, author, and photographer. She is the author of several books including The Beauty of Different: Observations of a Confident Misfit, and the upcoming book The Lightmaker’s Manifesto.
In this episode, which originally aired in 2017, Karen and I discuss celebrations. This conversation gets real and juicy. After originally recording and releasing this episode, I suffered from a bit of a vulnerability hangover.
Listen in to discover the importance of celebrating, why most of us don’t celebrate enough, how to celebrate ordinary moments, and more.
