Are you hard on yourself? A perfectionist? Sometimes, we miss that we are already living our dreams because we are so busy with our heads down, moving on to whatever is next.
Our goals and dreams are essential to identify, fight for, and then celebrate. By making space to recognize our successes (big and small), we honor ourselves and our progress.
This process is vulnerable. It makes us exposed to the reality that our dreams may not last, may be compromised, or may change. This is a part of the process; there will always be sh*t shows.
My friend, this week, I invite you to stop and take inventory of your dreams. Where have you already succeeded? What small things can you celebrate?
