Start with LOVE.
Love leads to more LOVE.
It’s not selfish or being self absorbed to love yourself.
Loving yourself is to your ability to love others.
Love yourself first and then you have the ability to extend that love to others in every encounter.
When you love yourself, you are filled with LOVE.
When you are filled with LOVE, you have it to give to others.
If you are filled with self-hatred, what you have to give is hatred.
Who wants that?
Those around you want LOVE … not hatred.
Where does LOVE come from?
Inside of you.
It comes from what you believe about yourself.
- Like you?
- Own your strengths?
- Acknowledge and accept your flaws?
- Believe you are a good person who lives aligned with her values + priorities?
- Believe in what you do and how you act even when others may not approve?
It comes from what you focus on about yourself.
- Focus on what you do well?
- Or do you focus only on your mistakes?
It comes from your acceptance of all of you.
Do you accept your flaws and choose what you want to improve while being ok with flaws you aren’t interested in improving?
It comes from letting go of perfection as your rule to being worthy of LOVE.
Do you know that you are worthy of love without being perfect?
By answering these questions you will uncover what gets in the way of YOU loving you.
I invite you to like + LOVE all of you.
We are ALL flawed + make mistakes.
It’s time to focus on what you do well, choose what you want to improve on and let go of what is not a priority for you right now.
LOVE you right here, right now.
LOVE yourself so you can share your LOVE with others.
Because the more you love yourself, the more love you have to give others.
That’s proof that loving yourself isn’t selfish or being self absorbed.
It’s time to stop believing that loving ourselves is selfish.
Loving yourself is the gift you can give others.
P.S. Oh and whenever you’re ready, there are 3 great ways to learn how to improve your most important relationship!
