Is it worth it?
You want to be worthy (becoming less worthy leads to more self-hatred).
You can’t stop people from judging.
You can choose to show up and be seen.
You can choose to own your voice + speak your truth.
You can choose to be YOU … and stop this ridiculous pursuit of other people’s approval.
So go ahead, let others be filled with judgment over you. After all, it’s their time, energy + brain juice.
Instead, spend YOUR time, energy + brain juice accepting YOU for who YOU are … with all of your strengths and flaws.
That’s how you end the self-hatred and begin to feel worthy.
