You can’t act with confidence when you hate yourself. That would not be confidence, it would be a lie.
Let’s look at the definition of confidence:
- the state of feeling certain about the truth of something.
- a feeling of self-assurance arising from one’s appreciation of one’s own abilities or qualities.
- the feeling or belief that one can rely on someone or something; firm trust.
When you hate yourself, you are not cultivating appreciation of your abilities.
When you hate yourself, but try to act with confidence you are living a lie instead of your truth.
To act with confidence you have to stop hating yourself.
It’s time to make a list of all the things you appreciate about you. Ready, set, go…

I appreciate ___________________ about myself.
Yes we’re starting with ten.
It’s okay if it’s hard. You have some old hardwiring that we need to change.
But this, my friend, is how you act with confidence.
You stop the war with yourself and YOU start appreciating you!
Isn’t it time you began tapping into your true power?
