Julie - yes, I love that he too was a skeptic at first and invites people to try it themselves to see if it works for them. Thank you Julie, he was a great interview :)

Okay, I'm slow on the uptake sometimes and I just got around to listening to Fabeku's fabulous interview. I love the way he explains how sound can move internal energy--that's endlessly fascinating to me.

And I found it incredibly interesting that he had a lot of doubt about sound healing when he first encountered it, and now look at him--he's doing it. He's helping all kinds of people with his groovy singing bowls and drums and stuff.

Very cool interview Koren! Thanks for sharing Fabeku with us!

This was a great interview. You asked some awesome questions that I never would have thought of and made some analogies that really cleared up the ideas being presented in understandable ways. Great answers too! Thanks for playing the sample Blue Morpho that was helpful in experiencing the effects of what was being discussed.

Thanks.

Koren,

Yes, Fabeku work is interesting. I, too, have used music to set tones - usually a quiet calm tone in my office, but I know firsthand the benefits of using it to move stuckness as I have Fabeku's CD and free downloads. Good stuff.

Your interview technique is great - you really LISTEN to what people say and share your own experiences in a very relevant way. That really adds a lot to the interview!! Thanks.

Katie,

Isn't Fabeku's work really interesting. I have understood using music as a "pump up" prior to a race or when taking a spin class, but to use it to move out of stuckness.

Thanks for listening.

Koren -

Two things really struck me from your interview with Fabeku – I really liked the thought of Sound as Teacher. Pardon the pun, but it really struck a chord within me. I like how you shared how you set the tone (teach your family) by starting the day with music that gets them going in the right direction in the morning.
The other comment that really hit home was is it the space between the notes that creates music.

A lot to think about. Thank you for a really interesting interview. I totally enjoyed it – including hearing Blue Morpho and a bit about the intention behind it.
