Hi Tanya,
I am right there with you about understanding my numbers. It was great to have Kathy go through my numbers with me so I could better understand what they all meant. I was resisting my implementer number, but now I get it!

Thank you so much for this fantastic radio station. I recently did this test and have found it a little tricky to fully understand my numbers. This really helped get better insight and prompted me to research more. I also love the name of your show! Thanks for putting yourself out there! You've inspired me to keep figuring it out!

Briana, I am glad that Kathy's explanation of each conative strength helped. Like I said until I spoke with Kathy I was a bit perplexed on my 2 score for Implementor. Now it makes sense to me. I love to build, just not physical objects, but ideas, vision.

Thanks for listening to the show.

Hello Kathy! I enjoyed listening to this interview. This is such great information as it is crucial for us to know how we as human beings operate. The explanations of each individual's conative strenghts helped me to understand my own patterns. I am an 8 in QuickStart. In my everyday life, whether in school, work or social life, I am quick to jump to a conclusion! I already know what works for me. Sometimes I have this crazy idea for a school project, but I just go for it as I don't mind risk. We have these natural behaviors that we are born with. Who would want to change them? It is who we are and I am so glad I had the opportunity to take the Kolbe A. I will be using the my results in relation to my professional life. Thank you!
