The Weight Loss Coaching Circle is a 6-month program to give you the support and practice you need to let go of the diet mentality and get in tune with what your body really wants. You will learn to drop all the diet rules and connect with your body to see what you are truly hungry for. I will teach you tools from Brooke Castillo’s If I am So Smart, Why Can’t I Lose Weight, Martha Beck’s The Four-Day Win and a few other resources to help you reach permanent weight loss. We will practice, practice and practice these tools and let go of the diet mentality in a safe supportive environment to help you lose weight.

Weight Loss Coaching Circle details
Includes: 12 (75 min) group phone calls + group emails + assignments + support + workbooks (pre-work + monthly workbooks)

Does not include: a diet or meal plan or dictatorship
Cost: $110/month or $600 for 6 months

Monthly one-one coaching for Weight Loss Coaching Circle members is at a reduced rate of $100/hour. That’s a $50 discount off my going rate of $150/hour. This is great for you if you want weekly support and coaching while you dig into your relationship with food, your body and exercise. Nothing is stopping you and you are ready to change your relationship with food.

Working with Koren has been a wonderful experience for me. She has an open, honest, and nonjudgemental approach to coaching that allows her clients to safely explore the issues in their lives that are causing them pain. Will there be a forum? No we will communicate via email. There is enough busyness and overwhelm in your life. My members find the space between calls, and the weekly emails enough for them to process and practice the work we do and not be overwhelmed again in their life.
Will others have my email address? No, I will bcc: the entire group. You will have access to email me and then I will send out emails to the entire group. I will share circumstances with the group but can change up the situation if you are concerned about confidentiality.
What if I don’t want anyone to know my name? That is fine, in the Pre-Work, state what name you would like to use over the phone and only you and I will know your true identity.
